CodeRed Notification System
A new “reverse 911” emergency call system is being implemented by the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department. The CodeRed system provides Plymouth and Bristol County officials the ability to quickly deliver messages throughout these two counties. As part of the setup and testing, there will be test calls made to residences and businesses in Easton on or about Wednesday, August 3, 2011. For those with an unlisted phone number, a telephone number can be added by visiting the above link. Phone calls using this system will be made only in the case of an emergency situation.
