Community Preservation Act Committee
CPA Project Proposal Submission Form The deadline for 2010 has now passed.
Three proposals will be reviewed at the Annual Town Meeting, May 17:
- $425,000 from Community Housing Reserves to implement the first year of the Affordable Housing Trust Action Plan
- $15,000 to hire a consultant to update the Easton Affordable Housing Production Plan
- $25,252 to construct a park at 80 Center Street
The CPC will also propose to amend the FY2010 Budget by making the followinf addtions to the reserve accounts, and by proposing the following budget for FY 2011 Budget:
