Local Cultural Councils operating in connection with the Mass Cultural Council, support area artists and non-profit organizations, providing partial funding for many local and regional cultural events. Local Cultural Councils often sponsor an independent project with the goal of using some of the available state funding to create an event that they feel would benefit their town or city. The Easton Cultural Council is happy to announce its Second Annual Lantern Walk!
