Liquor License Annual (New or Transfer)

The ABCC (Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission) recently updated its forms and applications for liquor license transactions along with the procedure associated with applying for a retail license. We are currently in the process of updating the town's forms to reflect and incorporate these changes.

If you are applying to transfer a liquor license, Restaurant Section 12 or Package Store Section 15, please review these instructions. Please note: currently the Town of Easton does not have any Section 15 Package Store licenses available.
