One Day Liquor License
The Board of Selectmen is responsible for approving applications for a one-day or Section 14 (Special) Liquor License. Please note the Board of Selectmen's Office must receive your application and payment at least three weeks prior to your event in order to schedule the license for a Monday night Board meeting. The applicant or a representative must attend the hearing.

1. Complete the application for the One Day Liquor license. An organization or company can apply for a One Day Liquor license, but an individual's name must also be included on the application.
2. Check the box on the application, selecting either either Beer/Wine or All Alcohol. Currently, the Beer/Wine One Day License fee is $80; the All Alcohol License fee is $120.
3. Before the application and payment can be submitted to the Board of Selectmen's Office, the application needs to be presented to the Police Department tel: 230-0349, 46 Lothrop St., for signature and to determine if a police detail is required or not required.
4. If a police detail is required, you will contact Easton Police immediately upon approval of the license by the Board of Selectmen in order to schedule the detail and for arrange payment for the detail.
5. Present your completed and Police-signed application along with payment to the Board of Selectmen's Office, Connor Read, Front Lobby. The application will be scheduled on an upcoming Board of Selectmen's Meeting for approval. Please note the Board must receive your application and payment at least three weeks prior to your event in order that your license can be scheduled prior to the date of your event for approval.
