A local government professional for 30 years, David holds a Master's Degree of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts as well as a Bachelor's Degree of Public Administration from Bentley College.
He is a member of the following professional associations: ICMA, MMMA, MMA, APA, APWA, and the recipient of myriad awards including: N.E Chapter American Public Works Association Outstanding Achievement Award, The Boston Harbor Association's Award for Outstanding Creativity in Solving a Major Problem in Boston Harbor and more.
