Teresa has been Easton's Treasurer for 7 years and has over 20 years combined experience in municipal government. She is a Certified Massachusetts Municipal Treasurer as well as a Certified Massachusetts Municipal Collector.
She is member to numerous professional associations including: Chairwoman of the Southeastern Mass Health Group, Treasurer of the BCCTA, and a Board member of the MCTA.

June 6, 2011 - Effective Friday, July 1st 2011. If your Motor Vehicle Excise Bill is delinquent and has gone to WARRANT you will NOT be able to make your payment at Easton Town Hall. All WARRANT PAYMENTS MUST be made with the Deputy Collector for the Town. You may call them at 1-781-944-8504. Walk-In Service is available at the following locations:
1) 59 South Main St, Assonet;
2) 40 Industrial Park Rd Ste 303, Plymouth (same building as the RMV), or
3) 34 Salem St, Reading.
April 14, 2011 - Easton $6,360,000 General Obligation Bonds Net 3.564%; $3,000,000 Bond Anticipation Notes Receive 0.703%. Town of Easton assigned highest short-term rating attainable and A2 bond rating affirmed.
Reminder: At Annual Town Meeting of May 2009, it was voted to increase the demand fee to $30 for all delinquent bills. Please pay any outstanding bills before the demand bill is issued in order to avoid this extra charge. Once applied to a bill, this fee cannot be waived.

The Town of Easton is excited to offer residents an easy and secure way to view, print and pay their real estate tax, personal property tax, excise tax and trash bills online. We support electronic presentment (viewing) and billing because it is more convenient for our residents and better for the environment.
Online Bill Payment, in partnership with Invoice Cloud, offers the following benefits:
- No signup cost or registration required
- Access, view and pay your bills online, at your convenience
- Paying your bill online is faster and cheaper than writing a check and mailing it
- You can pay with electronic check or credit/debit card
- You may choose to eliminate paper invoices to reduce clutter and help the environment
- You have the option to pay immediately, schedule a payment or sign up for Auto-Pay
- Pay online for as little as 40 Cents, less than the cost of a stamp.
Use of a charge card or electronic check/ACH will incur a convenience fee. The Town of Easton receives only your bill payment amount. Convenience fees cover various administrative costs associated with accepting payments and are non-refundable.
Convenience Fees
The convenience fee when using a Visa Debit Card is a flat rate fee of $3.95.
The convenience fee when using a Credit Card is a percentage rate fee of up to 2.95%.
The convenience fee when using an Electronic Check is 40 cents.
The convenience fee amount is automatically calculated and is shown on the payment page before you submit your payment for processing. Convenience fees will appear as a separate charge from the bill amount on your bank or credit card statement.
