Homebuyer Assistance Program

The Homebuyer Assistance grant program is offered by the Affordable Housing Trust with the support of Easton’s Community Preservation Fund. Grants are provided to assist moderate-income households with the purchase of a home in Easton. These grants help make home ownership a reality for working families and individuals, many of whom are priced out of Easton’s real estate market. Homes purchased through the program become a permanent part of the Town’s official inventory of affordable homes.

Applications are being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis from both current residents and those seeking to live in Easton. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Income and asset limits apply in this equal housing opportunity program. Program details and applications are available at Town Offices, at the Ames Free Library, and on the Town website.
