Town Seal

The Veteran’s Day Parade will be on Monday, November 11, 2013 this year. The parade route has changed. All parade participants are to form at Park Street at 10:30 am. The parade will kick off at 11:00 am and head down Center Street to Main Street where it will cross the street and head down to Veteran’s Memorial Park where a ceremony and speakers will take place.

There will not be any parade down Main Street starting at Washington Plaza to the WWI Memorial due to ongoing construction. Please come out and cheer on your veterans. There will be two bands this year: the Oliver Ames High School Band and the Canton American Legion band. If you would like to have your organization march in the parade, please come out and participate. Any questions can be directed to Alvin Smart at 508-238-7143.
