Mark Taylor
A local Public Health professional for over 8 years, Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Management from Bridgewater State University. He has also served his local community as a Member of The Stoughton Board of Health for 4  years.   He is certified as Registered Sanitarian by The State of Massachusetts and as a Registered Environmental Health Specialist/Registered Sanitarian by the National Environmental Health Association. He is certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Soil Evaluator and Title 5 System Inspector. He is also certified as Pool Operator, Food Manager &  Lead Determinator. He has received two prevention of mosquito-borne disease awards from the Department of Public Health.    He is a member of the following professional associations: NEHA, MEHA, and MHOA

Tim Meyers
A local Public Health professional for over 9 years.  Tim holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.  He is certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Soil Evaluator & Title 5 System Inspector.  He is also certified as a Pool Operator, Serv Safe Food Manager and Food Protection.  He is a member of the following professional associations: MHOA.

Kit Minsky
Kit is a graduate of Middlebury College and has worked for the Town Since 2004.  She provides administrative support to Inspectional Services (Building) and the Board of Health.

Kristin Kennedy
A local Public Health professional for over 20 years, Kristin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Massachusetts- Dartmouth. Kristin recently completed a certificate program offered by the Local Public Health Institute of Massachusetts in Public Health Practices.   She is certified as Registered Sanitarian by The State of Massachusetts and as a Registered Environmental Health Specialist/Registered Sanitarian by the National Environmental Health Association. She is certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Soil Evaluator and Title 5 System Inspector.
