Homebuyer Assistance Program

The Homebuyer Assistance grant program is offered by the Affordable Housing Trust with the support of Easton’s Community Preservation Fund. Grants are provided to assist moderate-income households with the purchase of a home in Easton. These grants help make home ownership a reality for working families and individuals, many of whom are priced out of Easton’s real estate market. Homes purchased through the program become a permanent part of the Town’s official inventory of affordable homes.

Applications are being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis from both current residents and those seeking to live in Easton. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Income and asset limits apply in this equal housing opportunity program. Program details and applications are available at Town Offices and on the Town website.
