Home Repair Grant Program

The Home Repair small grant program is offered by the Town of Easton Affordable Housing Trust to help low and moderate income homeowners to continue to afford to live in their current homes.  The program offers cash grants up to $4,500 to help with home repairs.  Grants do not have to be repaid so long as the house is not sold within one year.  Applicants must meet income eligibility requirements and the homes undergoing repair must meet assessed value requirements.  Complete details are contained in the information and application package.  Applications must contain three quotes from qualified contractors for the work proposed and are due by April 30, 2014.
