The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH) announced that the risk level for the Town of Easton has been raised from "Low" to "High" due to a high volume of mosquitoes testing positive for EEE. 

The Easton Board of Health was notified that the Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE) risk level for the Town of Easton has been raised from “Low” to “High” due to a high volume of mosquitoes testing positive for EEE.   The recommendation at this time from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and the Easton Board of Health is to postpone or cancel all outdoor actives from dusk to dawn.  Please click here to review the full press release and to review information on protecting against mosquito-borne diseases.
