October 29, 2018: five corners sewer district preliminary betterment workshop and presentation
On october 29th, Woodard and Curran presented a preliminary betterment forecast for PROPERTIES in the FIVE Corners Sewer District and provided a review of the Phase I construction project, a project timeline for phase II, and answered questions from property owners.

March 12, 2018: Five Corners Sewer District Phase II Update to the Select Board
On March 12th, Woodard and Curran presented the Selectmen with an update on the status of planning for Phase II of the Five Corners Sewer District and provided a review of the Phase I construction project.

August and September 2015: Notice of Survey Work
In August and September of 2015, notification was mailed to all properties in the Five Corners Wastewater Needs Area regarding upcoming survey work in the area related to the sewer development.
August 17, 2015: Select Board Approve Intermunicipal Agreement with the Town of Mansfield
On August 17, 2015, the Select Board of Easton unanimously approved an Intermunicipal Agreement between the Town of Easton and the Town of Mansfield for the purchase of up to 165,000 gallons of wastewater treatment capacity from Mansfield in association with the future construction of the Five Corners Sewer District. April 27, 2015: Discussion of Draft Intermunicipal Agreement with the Town of Mansfield Relating to the Five Corners Sewer Concept
On April 27, 2015 at a regularly scheduled Select Board's Meeting, Woodard and Curran reviewed a draft Contract for Wastewater Collection and Treatment Service between the Town of Mansfield and the Town of Easton with the Select Board. This Intermunicipal Agrement (IMA) would allow Easton to purcahse up to 165,000 gallons of wastewater treatment capacity per day from Mansfield in the future to bring sewer infrastructure to the Five Corners Area. Draft warrant articles 23 and 24 are related to this project and can be viewed in the draft Annual Town Meeting warrant.
